After spending years navigating complex healthcare systems firsthand, Vanessa recognized a critical gap: people weren’t lacking services; they were lacking clarity, connection, and guidance. ChoiceMD was built to bridge that gap, bringing together healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, and community resources into one accessible, easy-to-use platform.
Today, ChoiceMD partners with more than 50 organizations across Miami-Dade County, including groups focused on pediatric care, chronic illness, mental health, and aging populations. By centralizing these resources, ChoiceMD empowers users to make informed decisions and access support without unnecessary barriers.
