Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Florida (RMHC) supports the health and well being of children by providing lodging, meals activities and a community of care to critically ill children and their families who need to be near a hospital for treatment.

The Ronald McDonald House provides temporary lodging for more than 350 families a year who travel from all over US and other countries to South Florida looking for the best medical care for their children. The house provides basic needs of lodging but also is a way for families to connect with others in similar situations. The organization has a volunteer base of more than 600 volunteers: individuals, corporations and civic groups. There are many volunteer opportunities available all year long, starting with donating meals for families, wish list items and much more.
